Cancellation Policy:

• Refund of deposit if cancellation is made within 7 days or more
  of arrival
• Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, no refund of deposit
• Full accommodation costs will be charged to guests who cancel within 3 days of arrival
• If rooms re-let; full refunds given
• Family rooms are based on two adults at most sharing with children no more than 16 years of age
• Please note that a 25% deposit is due at the time of booking
